VENTUM TILE ADHESIVE MOSAIC WHITE №506 (25 kg) This is a special white cement-based adhesive designed for laying mosaic, ceramic tile, and ceramic granite. Produced by the VENTUM company in Uzbekistan. The adhesive is used for both interior and exterior work, especially for installing glass mosaic, light-colored ceramic granite, or natural stone, where it is important that the adhesive color is not visible. Used in humid areas (bathrooms, kitchens) and underfloor heating systems. Provides high adhesion, elasticity, and resistance to loads.

Application features:

• Purpose: Used for installing mosaic (glass, ceramic), ceramic tile, ceramic granite, and natural stone on walls and floors in both interior and exterior spaces. Suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, pools, terraces, and underfloor heating systems.
• Surface preparation: The base must be clean, dry, strong, free of dust, grease, and flakes. It is recommended to prime surfaces to improve adhesion.
• Preparation: Gradually add dry mix (0.22–0.26 liters of water per 1 kg) to water and mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. After 5–10 minutes, mix again.
• Application: The adhesive is evenly applied with a notched trowel. Mosaic or tile is gently placed and can be adjusted within 10–20 minutes. Joint width — for mosaic 1–6 mm, for tile 2–8 mm.
• Maintenance: Excess adhesive is removed with a damp cloth before it sets. Grouting joints is possible after 24–48 hours, full load after 7–14 days. Tools should be rinsed with water immediately after use.

Storage conditions: In a dry place, in a sealed package, at a temperature from +5°C to +30°C. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
