Application instructions:
Application: Used for filling joints between ceramic tile, granite, mosaic, marble, and other finishing materials. Suitable for indoor and outdoor work, including humid areas and facades.
Surface preparation: Joints must be clean, dry, free of dust, adhesive residue, and contaminants. Tile must be securely fixed, and adhesive must be fully cured (at least 24–48 hours after application).
Mix preparation: Mix dry powder with clean water (approximately 1–1.25 liters per 5 kg) until a homogeneous mass is obtained using a drill mixer or by hand. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: Apply the grout with a rubber float using diagonal motions, filling joints completely. After 15–30 minutes, remove excess with a damp cloth. Full curing — 24–48 hours.
Working conditions: Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and frozen surfaces.
Consumption: 0.3–0.7 kg/m² depending on joint width, depth, and tile size.
Safety precautions: Wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage conditions:
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C in a dry place in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
