VENTUM Beton Kontakt 003 (15 kg) — a high-quality adhesion primer designed for processing smooth and non-absorbent surfaces, widely used in construction and renovation work. This product is used to ensure strong adhesion of subsequent layers (plaster, putty, or tile adhesive) on smooth concrete, reinforced concrete, ceramic tiles, glass, or old paint coatings. The primer increases surface adhesion and smoothness due to quartz sand and polymer additives. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, its ecologically clean composition allows safe application in living spaces. The product is alkali-resistant and ensures long-term durability of subsequent layers.

Application features:

• Purpose: Preparing smooth and non-absorbent surfaces (concrete, reinforced concrete, ceramic tiles, glass, old paint coatings) before applying plaster, putty, tile adhesive, or decorative coatings. Used for interior and exterior work in residential, commercial, and public buildings.
• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, loose areas, or low-adhesion old coatings. Metallic surfaces should be treated with anti-corrosion agents. If the surface is porous, it should be cleaned and treated with a fungicide.
• Preparation: The primer is ready for use. Before application, it must be thoroughly mixed to ensure even distribution of quartz sand. Dilution with water or mixing with other materials is not recommended, but up to 1% water can be added when applying mechanically.
• Application: Applied with a brush, roller, or trowel in a thin, even layer. Ensure the layer is not too thick. Work should be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C and air humidity below 70%. Avoid drafts and direct sunlight during application and drying.
• Maintenance: Tools should be rinsed immediately after use with clean water while the primer is still wet. The applied layer is protected from moisture, dust, and mechanical damage for 12–24 hours. Subsequent finishing work can only be done after the primer has fully dried.
• Safety measures: Work in a well-ventilated area, use protective gloves and goggles if necessary. Avoid contact of the primer with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse the skin with plenty of water.

Storage conditions: Store in a sealed container, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Do not freeze. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
