Surface preparation: The base must be clean, dry, sturdy, free of dust, grease, oils, and damaged coatings. Ventum primer application is recommended for improved adhesion.
Mix preparation: Thoroughly mix 25 kg of dry mixture with 10 liters of clean water until a uniform consistency is achieved using a construction mixer. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: Apply plaster by hand with a trowel or mechanized method. The thickness of a single layer can range from 5–50 mm. After application, level the surface and smooth it with a damp float if necessary.
Working conditions: Apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C, avoiding direct sunlight and drafts. Full drying — 24 to 48 hours depending on layer thickness and conditions.
Safety precautions: Wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage conditions:
Store at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in a dry place in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
