Application details:
Application:Used for filling joints between ceramic tiles, granite, mosaic, marble, natural and artificial stone. Suitable for interior and exterior work, including humid rooms and heated floor systems.
Surface preparation:Joints must be clean, dry, free of dust, adhesive residue, and debris. Tiles should be securely fixed, and adhesive must be fully cured (at least 24–48 hours after application).
Mix preparation:Mix the dry compound with clean water (approximately 2–2.5 liters per 10 kg) until a uniform consistency is achieved using a construction mixer or by hand. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application:Apply the compound with a rubber trowel using diagonal motions, fully filling the joints. After 15–30 minutes, remove excess with a damp cloth. Full curing — 24–48 hours.
Working conditions:Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and frozen surfaces.
Consumption:0.3–0.8 kg/m² depending on joint width, depth, and tile size.
Safety precautions:Wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage conditions:
