Application instructions:
Application: Used for filling joints between ceramic tiles, granite, mosaic, marble, and other finishing materials. Suitable for interior and exterior work, including humid areas and facades.
Surface Preparation: Joints must be clean, dry, free of dust, dirt, and other contaminants. Tiles should be securely fixed, and adhesive must be fully cured (at least 24–48 hours after application).
Mixing the Compound: Mix the dry compound with clean water (approximately 0.2–0.25 liters per 1 kg) until a uniform mass is obtained using a construction mixer or by hand. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: Apply the grout with a rubber float using diagonal motions to fill the joints. After 15–30 minutes, remove excess with a damp cloth. Full curing — 24–48 hours.
Working Conditions: Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Avoid direct sunlight or frozen surfaces.
Consumption: 0.3–0.7 kg/m² depending on joint width, depth, and tile size.
Safety Precautions: Wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage Conditions:
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C in a dry place, in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
