Application: : Used for leveling old and new concrete surfaces in residential areas, garages, workshops, warehouses, and other low-load structures. Suitable for preparing bases under various floor coverings and ‘warm floor’ systems.
Surface preparation: : The base must be clean, dry, sturdy, free of dust, grease, oil, and contaminants. Ventum primer treatment is recommended for better adhesion.
Mixing the compound: : Mix 25 kg of dry compound with 5–7 liters of water until a homogeneous mass is obtained using a construction mixer. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: : Pour the mixture onto the prepared base and spread evenly with a trowel or rake. Self-leveling properties ensure a smooth surface. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, avoiding drafts and direct sunlight.
Working conditions: : The room must be closed (windows and doors closed). Air and base temperature during work and for 3 days afterward must be between +5°C and +35°C.
Safety precautions: : Wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage conditions:
