VENTUM PENABLOK ADHESIVE №512 (25 kg) — a special cement-based adhesive designed for laying aerated concrete blocks, gas concrete blocks, and other cellular concrete materials, produced by VENTUM Company in Uzbekistan. The adhesive is intended for both internal and external construction work, ensuring a strong and reliable connection of aerated concrete blocks during wall and partition construction. Thin-layer technology (layer thickness 1–3 mm) minimizes heat loss and saves material. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

Features:

  • Type: Cement adhesive for aerated concrete and gas concrete
  • Packaging: 25 kg (in paper or plastic packaging)
  • Composition: High-quality cement, mineral fillers, polymer modifying additives
  • Application: Laying aerated concrete blocks, gas concrete blocks, gas-silicate blocks, and other cellular concretes
  • Compatibility: Compatible with aerated concrete, gas concrete, gas-silicate blocks, and other porous materials
  • Consumption: 1 mm layer — 1.2–1.5 kg/m²; approximately 15–20 kg per 1 m³ of construction (depending on block size and layer thickness)
  • Layer thickness: 1–3 mm (thin-layer construction)
  • Working time of the mixture: Approximately 2–3 hours after mixing
  • Block adjustment time: 10–15 minutes
  • Setting time: Full hardening — after 24 hours, full strength — after 7 days
  • Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
  • Temperature resistance (after hardening): From −30°C to +70°C
  • Color: Grey

Advantages:

  • High adhesion: Strongly bonds with porous materials like aerated concrete and gas concrete, ensuring long-lasting construction durability.
  • Cost-effectiveness: Thin-layer technology (1–3 mm) significantly reduces adhesive consumption compared to traditional cement-sand mixtures.
  • Thermal insulation: Thin layers minimize 'cold bridges,' increasing the building's energy efficiency.
  • Ease of use: Easily mixed, highly plastic, smoothly applied, and does not slip during construction work.
  • Versatility: Used for constructing walls, partitions, and other structures from aerated concrete and gas concrete, both internally and externally.
  • Ecological safety: Safe for health, contains no harmful substances.

Application features:

  • Purpose: Used for laying aerated concrete, gas concrete, and gas-silicate blocks in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Surface preparation: Block surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, and flaking parts. Lightly moistening blocks is recommended to improve adhesion.
  • Preparation: Gradually add dry mix (0.2–0.25 L of water per 1 kg) to water and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained using a mixer or drill attachment. After 5–10 minutes, mix again.
  • Application: Adhesive is evenly applied to the block surface using a notched trowel or a special trowel for thin-layer construction. Blocks are laid with light pressure, and adjustments can be made within 10–15 minutes. Recommended layer thickness is 1–3 mm.
  • Care: Excess adhesive is removed with a damp cloth before it sets. For the first 24 hours of construction, protect from direct sunlight, rain, and cold. Tools should be rinsed immediately after use.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, in a sealed package, at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
