VENTUM 7 ANTI-RUST PRIMER PAINT (25 kg) This is a high-quality anti-corrosion primer paint (anti-passivation) on an alkyd base, designed to protect metal surfaces from rust and corrosion. Produced by VENTUM (Uzbekistan). Used for priming metal structures, equipment, pipes, fences, and other surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions, moisture, and chemical agents. Suitable for both interior and exterior work, providing strong adhesion to the surface and creating a reliable protective layer for subsequent application of finish coatings. The product features high adhesion, resistance to aggressive environments, and ease of application.

Application features:

• Purpose: Used for priming metal structures (pipes, fences, tanks, bridges, industrial equipment) in construction, industry, and household conditions for corrosion protection and surface preparation under finish coatings.
• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, degreased, free of loose rust and old paint. Rust should be removed using a wire brush, sandpaper, or sandblasting. Degreasing should be done with a solvent (e.g., white spirit).
• Preparation: Before use, thoroughly mix. If necessary, dilute with synthetic solvent (5–10% for brush/roller, 10–20% for sprayer).
• Application: Apply with brush, roller, or sprayer in 1–2 layers. For better protection, it is recommended to apply two layers with an interval of 12–24 hours. Surface and ambient temperature should be within +5°C to +35°C. Avoid applying in high humidity or under direct sunlight.
• Care: Clean tools immediately after use with synthetic solvent. Protect freshly painted surfaces from moisture and precipitation for 24 hours.
• Safety precautions: Work in a well-ventilated area, use protective gloves and respirator. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store away from heat and fire sources.

Storage conditions: Store in a sealed package in a dry, cool place at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C, away from heat and fire sources. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
