VENTUM CORUNDUM TOPPING 555 LIGHT (25 kg) This is a high-quality dry hardener (topping) based on corundum grit with added color pigments, designed to create strong, wear-resistant, and aesthetically appealing concrete floors. Produced by VENTUM (Uzbekistan). Used for reinforcing floor surfaces in industrial, commercial, and public buildings such as warehouses, production workshops, shopping centers, car dealerships, parking lots, and exhibition halls. Color pigments give the coating a decorative appearance, making it ideal for objects where functionality and external appearance are both important. The topping provides enhanced resistance to abrasion, impacts, and chemical exposure.

Application features:

• Purpose: Used for strengthening and decorating concrete floors in spaces with high mechanical loads and aesthetic requirements, such as shopping centers, car dealerships, exhibition halls, warehouses, and production facilities.
• Base preparation: The concrete base must be freshly laid, grade M250 or higher, with a smooth surface. Remove excess water and cement milk before application.
• Preparation: The dry mixture is ready for use and does not require mixing with water. Distribute evenly over the surface of freshly laid concrete in 1–2 stages (2/3 of the mixture in the first stage, 1/3 in the second).
• Application: Apply the topping manually or with distribution trolleys 4–8 hours after concrete pouring, when it begins to set (footprint depth 3–5 mm). After application, smooth the surface with concrete finishing machines ('flying machines') until smoothness is achieved. For improved quality, use densifying sealants after smoothing.
• Care: For the first 7 days, protect the surface from drying out, direct sunlight, and drafts, using moistening or membrane-forming compounds. Clean tools immediately after use with water.
• Safety measures: Avoid dust entering the eyes and respiratory tract. Use protective goggles and a respirator when working with the dry mixture.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, in sealed packaging, at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
