Application

• Leveling concrete and cement-sand bases in residential and public spaces.
• Preparing subfloor for linoleum, laminate, parquet, and ceramic tiles.

• Limitations:
  • Only for indoor, dry rooms with normal humidity.
  • Not used on wooden, metal, or plastic bases.
  • Not applied at temperatures below +5°C or high humidity.
  • Not used as a finish coating without decorative covering.

Application procedure

1. Clean the base of dust, dirt, grease, and old coatings. Ensure surface strength (≥15 MPa) and dryness.
2. For dust removal and adhesion improvement, apply deep-penetrating primer (e.g., acrylic) 1–2 times.
3. Mix the compound with water (0.18–0.22 L per 1 kg, 4.5–5.5 L per 25 kg) until homogeneous. Stir for 3–5 minutes and remix.
4. Spread the mixture on the floor and level with a trowel or straightedge. Remove air bubbles with a notched roller, rolling thinly (2 mm).
5. Protect the surface from drafts, sunlight, and temperature fluctuations for 24 hours.
6. Walking allowed after 24 hours, finish flooring after 7–14 days, activate «warm floor» after 28 days (start at 25–27°C).
7. Wash tools immediately after use.
8. Store in a dry place, out of children’s reach.
