Application features:
Area of application: Used for levelling walls and ceilings indoors, including residential, commercial, and public spaces. Suitable for preparing surfaces for painting, wallpapering, or decorative coatings. Can be applied in rooms with moderate humidity with subsequent protection (e.g., painting or cladding).
Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, strong, free of dust, dirt, grease, and flaking coatings. Ventum primer is recommended for pre-treatment to improve adhesion.
Mix preparation: Mix 25 kg of dry mix with 10 litres of clean water to achieve a homogeneous mass without lumps, using a building mixer. Let the mix rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: Apply plaster manually with a trowel or mechanically (using a plastering machine). Layer thickness — 5 to 50 mm per pass. After application, level the surface and, if necessary, smooth with a damp sponge.
Working conditions: Apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C, avoiding drafts and direct sunlight. Full drying — 24–48 hours, depending on layer thickness and conditions.
Safety measures: Use protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. Rinse eyes thoroughly with water if exposed.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
