 KNAUF Satengips (20 kg) This is a premium-class ultra-finish gypsum plaster designed for creating perfectly smooth surfaces during internal finishing work. 

Characteristics:

• Type: Gypsum plaster for finishing
• Packaging: 20 kg (paper bag, 54 bags per pallet)
• Composition: High-quality gypsum, mineral fillers, polymer and modifying additives
• Application: Thin-layer leveling of surfaces made of concrete, cement and gypsum plasters, drywall for internal use
• Compatibility: Suitable for surfaces pre-treated with KNAUF primers (Betokontakt for concrete, Universalgrund or Spezialgrund for drywall, Grundiermittel or Tiefengrund for cement or old plasters)
• Consumption: 1 kg/m² at a layer thickness of 1 mm (approximately 5 m² per bag at 1 mm thickness)
• Application thickness: 0.2–3 mm (maximum thickness of one layer — 1 mm, applied in multiple layers if necessary)
• Working time of the mixture: About 1.5–2 hours after mixing
• Drying time:
  • Tack-free: 2–3 hours at +20°C and normal humidity
  • Full drying: 24–48 hours (depending on layer thickness and conditions)
• Application temperature: From +5°C to +35°C
• Operating temperature: From −20°C to +70°C
• Surface quality level: Q4 (perfectly smooth surface for high-quality finishing)
• Fire reaction class: A1 (non-combustible material, complies with SR EN 13501-1)
• Type according to SR EN 13279-1: C6/20/2 (finishing gypsum plaster)

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, in sealed packaging, at a temperature from +5°C to +30°C. Avoid contact with moisture and damage to the packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
