Application features:
Area of application:: Used for leveling old and new concrete surfaces in residential areas, garages with infrequent traffic, workshops, warehouses, and other objects with light loads. Suitable for preparing the base for various floor coverings and underfloor heating systems.
Surface preparation:: The base must be clean, dry, strong, and free of dust, dirt, grease, and flaking coatings. Ventum primer treatment is recommended for improved adhesion.
Mix preparation:: Mix 25 kg of dry mixture with 5–7 liters of clean water to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps, using a construction mixer. Let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application:: Pour the mixture onto the prepared base and evenly distribute it with a trowel or squeegee. The self-leveling properties ensure a smooth surface. Apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C, avoiding drafts and direct sunlight.
Working conditions:: The building must have a roof, windows, and doors closed. The air and base temperature should be within +5°C to +35°C during work and for 3 days after application.
Safety measures:: Use protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Storage conditions:
: Store in a dry place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
