Usage instructions

  1. Check the integrity of the machine, cables, and accessories before starting work.
  2. Connect the ground clamp cable to the workpiece and the electrode holder cable to the electrode (diameter 1.6–4.0 mm).
  3. Connect the machine to the 220 V (160–270 V) power supply.
  4. Set the required welding current (20–200 A) using the control knob on the front panel.
  5. Use protective gear (helmet, gloves, clothing).
  6. Start welding, holding the electrode at an angle of 70–80° to the surface.
  7. If overheated, the machine will automatically shut off (indicator will light up); wait for it to cool down.
  8. After use, disconnect the machine from the power supply, clean the cables, and store in a dry place.
