Usage instructions

  1. Check the integrity of the machine, cables, and accessories before starting work.
  2. Connect the earth clamp cable to the workpiece and the electrode holder cable to the electrode (1.6–4.0 mm diameter).
  3. Connect the machine to the 220 V (160–270 V) power supply.
  4. Set the welding current (20–160 A) using the regulator on the front panel.
  5. Use protective gear (mask, gloves, clothing).
  6. Start welding, holding the electrode at an angle of 70–80° to the surface.
  7. If overheating occurs, the machine will disconnect automatically (indicator lights up); wait for cooling.
  8. After use, disconnect the machine from the power supply, clean the cables, and store in a dry place.
