Instructions

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Clean the surface of dust, dirt, and old coatings using a brush or sandpaper.
    • Apply primer (Megamix 1/7) to improve adhesion and let it dry for 4–6 hours.
  2. Mix Preparation:
    • Mix the plaster or joint compound (SOBPLUS) according to instructions (e.g., 6–7 L of water per 25 kg of mixture).
    • Ensure the mixture is homogeneous, without lumps.
  3. Application:
    • Load the mixture onto the trowel using a trowel or a narrow blade.
    • Apply the mixture to the surface with smooth movements at an angle of 30–45°, evenly distributing the layer.
    • For leveling, use long horizontal or vertical strokes.
    • Layer thickness: 1–3 mm (depends on the mixture and task).
  4. After Use:
    • Clean the blade of leftover mixture immediately after use by rinsing with water or wiping with a damp cloth.
    • Store the trowel in a dry place to prevent damage to the wooden handle.
