Application features:
Area of application: Used for leveling and finishing of building facades, as well as interior walls in humid environments. Suitable for concrete, brick, aerated concrete, and cement bases, as well as facade insulation systems. Ideal for automated application using plastering machines.
Surface preparation: The base must be clean, dry, strong, free from dust, dirt, grease, and peeling coatings. Priming with Ventum primer is recommended to improve adhesion.
Mix preparation: Mix 25 kg of dry mix with 4.5–5.5 liters of clean water to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps, using a construction mixer or plastering machine. Allow the mix to rest for 5–10 minutes, then remix.
Application: Apply the plaster using a plastering machine or manually with a trowel in layers of 5–30 mm thickness. After application, level the surface and, if necessary, smooth it to achieve a smooth finish.
Working conditions: Apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C, avoiding direct sunlight, strong wind, and precipitation. To increase the durability of the coating, moisten the surface for 2–3 days after application.
Safety measures: Use protective gloves and goggles, avoid inhaling dust. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in undamaged packaging. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
