SOBAKRIL LUXE (25 kg) SOBSAN This is a high-quality matte exterior wall paint of premium class based on acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed for outdoor applications. It is ideal for coating all types of exterior surfaces, including new and old concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum, brick, and other mineral bases. The paint provides durable and aesthetically pleasing coverage, resistant to moisture, sunlight, rain, dirt, and seawater. Thanks to its formula, it allows the surface to ‘breathe,’ venting moisture outward, which prevents condensation buildup and coating damage.

Application: Before applying SOBAKRIL LUXE paint, thoroughly prepare the surface: remove grease, dust, dirt, and anything that may hinder adhesion. If the surface is plastered, wait 21 days for complete drying of the plaster. It is recommended to apply Sobbinder primer beforehand for improved bonding. For the first coat, dilute the paint with water in a 4:2 ratio (4 parts paint to 2 parts water), and for the second coat, use a 4:1 ratio (4 parts paint to 1 part water). Application can be done with a brush, roller, or sprayer with a 1-hour interval between coats. After drying, the paint creates a strong and durable finish, resistant to external factors.
