ERCO cellulose primer-paint – a universal coating material based on nitrocellulose, designed for priming and painting various surfaces, including metal, wood, concrete, and plastic. White primer-paint is used as a base coating for surface preparation before applying finishing coatings or as a standalone finish. Suitable for both interior and exterior work, providing high adhesion, corrosion protection, and a smooth finish. The product is supplied in a 13-liter metal bucket, making it convenient for large-scale projects. Dries quickly, resistant to mechanical stress and weather conditions.

Advantages
- Versatility: suitable for various surfaces (metal, wood, concrete, plastic).
- Fast drying, accelerating the work process.
- High hiding power and smooth base layer creation.
- Corrosion protection for metal surfaces.
- Economical consumption when applied in thin layers.
Applications
- Priming metal structures, car bodies, and equipment before final painting.
- Painting wooden products, furniture, window frames.
- Preparing concrete and plastic surfaces for decorative coatings.
- Use in construction, repair, automotive repair, furniture manufacturing.
- Limitations:
- Do not use in high-humidity environments without additional protective coating.
- Do not apply to surfaces exposed to heating above +80°C.
- Avoid contact with food products.
- Work in well-ventilated areas due to strong solvent fumes.
Application instructions
- Prepare the surface: clean of dirt, dust, grease, rust (for metal, use mechanical cleaning or rust converter).
- If needed, prime the surface (for porous materials like wood, use pre-priming).
- Thoroughly stir the primer-paint before use.
- When using a spray gun, dilute the paint with solvent (646 or acetone) to working viscosity (10–20% of volume).
- Apply 1–2 layers with brush, roller, or spray gun, maintaining a 20–30 minute interval between layers.
- After application, allow 1–2 hours to dry before applying the final coating.
- Clean tools with solvent immediately after work.
- Work in protective gloves, goggles, and respirator, avoid open flames.
- Store out of reach of children.
