Instructions for Use
Preparation:
Check the integrity of the flexible shaft, hammer, and power cable.
Ensure the concrete mix is ready for consolidation and contains no large foreign inclusions.
Connect the vibrator to the 220–240 V power supply.
Operation:
Insert the vibrohead into the concrete mix to a depth of up to 1 m (depending on layer thickness).
Turn on the vibrator and hold it vertically, slowly moving the hammer in the mix (recommended exposure time per spot: 5–15 seconds).
Avoid contact of the vibrohead with reinforcement or formwork to prevent damage to the tool.
Use the power button lock for extended work, but take breaks every 20–30 minutes to prevent overheating.
Cleaning and Storage:
After use, thoroughly clean the vibrohead and shaft from concrete residues using water and a brush, then dry.
