Single-component alkyd flat lacquer for automotive surfaces. Designed for protection and restoration of metal surfaces. Ideal for creating smooth matte finishes. Perfect for cars and metal surfaces.
1K matte automotive lacquer
Features:
Type: Single-component (1K) acrylic lacquer on water or solvent-based with a matte finish.
Volume: Available in various packaging, such as 400 ml (aerosol), 520 ml, 1 L, and more, depending on the manufacturer (e.g., KUDO KU-9010M).
Purpose: Used as a final coating for painted and unpainted automotive surfaces (metal, plastic, wood), creating a protective matte layer. Suitable for body panels, bumpers, and decorative elements.
Properties: Provides a matte surface with low gloss (5-15%), adheres well to surfaces, resistant to weathering and UV rays. Dries quickly (+20°C: tack-free in ~20 minutes, fully cured in ~2 hours). No polishing required; hides minor scratches.
Country of origin: Mostly associated with Russian brands (e.g., KUDO) or European (e.g., Mobihel).
Advantages:
Easy to apply without adding hardener.
Creates a modern matte effect, popular in car tuning.
Resistant to mechanical wear and abrasion.
Application notes:
Prepare the surface: clean of dirt, rust, and grease; sand if necessary.
Apply using aerosol spray 25–30 cm away in 2–3 coats, holding 10-minute intervals between layers. Avoid applying too thick a layer.
Use at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C in dry weather.
After use, invert the can and spray until the nozzle clears. Clean tools with solvent (e.g., white spirit).
Storage conditions:
Store at 0–40°C in a dry place.
Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
