1K Matte Car Varnish

Specifications:

• Type: One-component (1K) acrylic varnish on a water or solvent basis with a matte effect.

• Volume: Available in different packages, e.g. 400 ml (aerosol), 520 ml, 1 liter or more, depending on the manufacturer (e.g. KUDO KU-9010M).

• Purpose: Used as a topcoat for painted and unpainted surfaces of cars (metal, plastic, wood), creating a matte protective layer. Suitable for body parts, bumpers and decorative elements.

• Properties: Provides a matte surface with a low gloss level (5-15%), adheres well to the surface, is resistant to weather and ultraviolet radiation. Dries quickly (at +20°C "on the stick" in about 20 minutes, complete drying - about 2 hours).

• Country of origin: Most often associated with Russian brands (e.g. KUDO) or European brands (e.g. Mobihel).

Advantages:

• It is easy to apply without the addition of a hardener.

• Creates a modern matte effect, popular in auto tuning.

• It is resistant to mechanical stress and abrasion.

Features of application:

• Prepare the surface: clean from dirt, rust and grease, sand if necessary.

• Apply with an aerosol from a distance of 25-30 cm in 2-3 coats, pausing for 10 minutes between coats. Avoid applying too thickly.

• Use at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C and in dry weather.

• After handling, turn the can upside down and spray until the nozzle is cleaned. Rinse the tools with a solvent (e.g., white spirit).

Storage conditions:

• Store at a temperature between 0 and +40°C in a dry place.

• Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children.
