SOBAKRIL LUXE SOBSAN is a high-quality premium matte façade paint based on acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed for outdoor use. It is ideal for covering all types of exterior surfaces, including new and old concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum, brick and other mineral substrates water. Thanks to its formula, it allows the surface to "breathe", allowing moisture to pass out, which prevents condensation from accumulating and destroying the coating.

Application: Before applying SOBAKRIL LUXE paint, the surface must be thoroughly prepared: remove grease, dust, dirt and anything that may impede adhesion. If the surface is plastered, wait 21 days until the plaster is completely dry. It is recommended to pre-apply Sobbinder primer to improve adhesion. For the first layer, the paint is diluted with water in a ratio of 4:2 (4 volumes of paint to 2 volumes of water), for the second layer – 4:1 (4 volumes of water) paint per 1 volume of water). It can be applied with a brush, roller or spray with an interval of 1 hour between coats. After drying, the paint creates a strong and durable coating that is resistant to external influences.
