KNAUF Satengips Dry Gypsum Mix (20 kg)

 KNAUF Satengips (20 kg) is a premium ultra-finish gypsum putty designed to create perfectly smooth surfaces in interior finishing work. 

Specifications:

• Type: Gypsum putty for finishing
• Packaging: 20 kg (paper bag, 54 bags per pallet)
• Composition: High-quality gypsum, mineral fillers, polymer and modifying additives
• Application: Thin-layer levelling of surfaces made of concrete, cement and gypsum plasters, plasterboard for interior works
• Compatibility: Suitable for surfaces pre-treated with KNAUF primers (Betokontakt for concrete, Universalgrund or Spezialgrund for plasterboard, Grundiermittel or Tiefengrund for cement or old plasters)
• Consumption: 1 kg/m² with a layer thickness of 1 mm (approx. 5 m² per bag with a thickness of 1 mm)
• Application thickness: 0.2-3 mm (maximum thickness of one layer is 1 mm, if necessary, applied in several layers)
• Mortar runtime: About 1.5 to 2 hours after kneading
• Drying time:
  • Unsticking: 2-3 hours at +20°C and normal humidity
  • Complete drying: 24-48 hours (depending on layer thickness and conditions)
• Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C
• Surface Quality Level: Q4 (Perfectly Smooth Surface for High-Quality Finishes)
• Fire reaction class: A1 (non-combustible material, conforms to SR EN 13501-1)
• Type according to SR EN 13279-1: C6/20/2 (gypsum finishing putty)

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, in an airtight package, at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C. Avoid contact with moisture and damage to the package. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
